Membershipwholesaler Ready Made Membership Sites

A Picture Tells A Thousand Words

I was just pondering, why Singaporeans are not flocking online yet to create a work at home business for themselves yet.  The thing is we have high speed broadband connection to almost every home.

Couple to that Singaporeans are about the most educated in the world and most are very computer literate.  Allow me to offer a explanation – Singaporeans are just NOT AWARE of the huge opportunities out there one the internet. FULL STOP.

One business that can be easily operated on the internet is a membership site. A membership site is a website where paid or free members get private access to services and information in the form of audio video and text on a regular basis from the operator of the membership site.
A good membership site candidate is a site offering stock investments tips and quotes, given that this is probably the favourite hobby ( for some it is an addiction ) of most Singaporean.
However, one reason many locals here are not running a membership site is because they think it is a difficult thing to setup.

However my friend Ian has this to say:

Imagine having paid membership sites in 2 niches a month
where you get paid 100% of the fees for members you recruit…
Well you don’t have to imagine it.  It’s a reality and my friend
Ian del Carmen is giving you an amazing deal on this very unusual
and potentially lucrative concept.
There are some fantastic opportunities here for you to make some real
ongoing income by recruiting members in various niches.
Go take a look at Ian’s new Membership Wholesaler deal now…
I forgot to mention that you don’t have to run these sites, provide web hosting or do any of the grunt work.
That’s all done for you.
You just promote the sites and collect the checks.
It doesn’t get any easier than that.
Go take a look now…

Singaporeans reading this and are baffled, but wanted to be free from being blackmailed by the prospect of losing their jobs are encourage to contact me quickly.  Those who want it fast just click on the picture above, because lets face it,  if you cannot see an opportunity when it is staring at you in the face and take action quickly,  your financial blueprint needs changing and then maybe a chat with me will help.

The #1 Recession Buster: Your Own Home Business

Filed under: Home Business Ideas — Eureka @ 1:47 am

Centuries old institutions, Lehman Brothers,  Fannie Mae, Merril Lynch and even a famous British tableware company, Wedgewood has been bankcrupt.

The world could see more closures and bankcrupcies at the first decade of the 21st centry draw to a close.

It is now a fact, the world in now in recession. Layoffs and rising unemployment are common news.
Now is the perfect time for you to become self-employed.

Here is steps to take how  to made the transformation from employee to business owner.

  • transform from a person who is programmed to work hard, in most cases as an employee
  • into a person who works smart inspired to be creative, and self-employed.

That is the first step to true independence, where you no longer worry about money and you’re able to enjoy life, instead of working all the time.
Unfortunately, most folks never make that transformation. In fact, some people are more than happy to stay in an unfulfilling job indefinitely. That’s because working hard actually seems easier than thinking hard! Plus, there are very few risks or changes when you’re not moving forward.
When you’re stuck in a job, especially a job you do not like, dreaming of other possibilities seems like… well, a dream.

Here’s what “STUCK” felt like to entrepreneurs…

  1. Getting up early every morning in most cases, with the aid of an alarm clock.
  2. Going through the morning routine, sitting in traffic and struggling to get to work on time.
  3. Stopping for a cup of coffee on the way to work and thinking about, or in many cases, dreading my upcoming day.
  4. Doing what I was told or what was expected of me for eight or so hours until the clock hit quitting time.
  5. Going home and settling in for some TV time before going to sleep, so I could wake up and do it all over again.

Sounds a bit mundane, perhaps even boring, eh?
Believe it or not, it can if you let yourself be stuck in a routine doing nothing.
Here’s what the “TRANSFORMATION” from working hard to working smart will felt like to the lucky few who took action…

  1. Getting up early every morning and writing down an idea or two about how to become self-employed.
  2. Recording new ideas on a audio cassette recorder on the way to work. (LOL, remember cassette recorders?)
  3. Putting in maximum effort at their job until the clock hit quitting time, just to test their ambition and drive.
  4. Recording more ideas for their first business venture all the way home in the car.
  5. Trading their nightly TV time for 3-4 hours on the computer researching niches, entering news ideas and creating their projects.

Now, look closely at the two situations. In reality, they are not too different, are they? The new entrrepreneurs did not quit their  job (at least not until their new income source surpassed that of their 9-5) and they still had lots of time to do what they wanted. They simply motivated their brain to be more creative and use their time more wisely.
A better way to look at it is like this…
All they really did was take the first step in the right direction.
They fit work in around living, not the other way around.
And that folks, is the step most people never take.
So today many people should be answering a couple questions…

  • are you working hard or working smart?
  • are you working for yourself, or for someone else?

The sure way to beat any recession is to rely only on yourself for your financial well-being. Only then will you be able to create income whenever you need it. You’ll never worry about layoffs, bill or recessions.

The key to success is taking the first step and transforming the way you think. There IS A PATH to financial freedom, and time freedom out there for everyone. Why not start on your path today.

I wish you lots of success and see a relaxing, rewarding lifestyle in your future. The world economy is in recession,  however you can make YOUR ECONOMY prosper by seeing opportunities others dont see.

Make profiting  in a down economy your goal.

Work At Home And Work From Home Are They Different?

Filed under: Home Business Ideas — Eureka @ 7:49 am

In Singapore, you often see advertisement promoting work from home opportunities, with headlines like, “Earn 10K a month working from home”. Then you have advertisements that says, “Earn 10K a month working at home”.

Most people like the idea of working in their own homes and making money. However they do not seems to understand the fundamental difference between work at home and work from home, and often peruse opportunities that demand more from them than they like to.

MLM businesses in Singapore are purely work from home business. I say this because in the first place, MLM companies here, Amway, USANA and Nuskin just to name the more established ones prohibits promotion and selling on the Internet. So someone starting out in a MLM business needs to meet with prospects outside, usually at a McDonald restaurant, to pitch their business. Some enterprising ones will go to their prospect’s home to make a pitch and maybe to demonstrate some products, but then they are working away from home.

In addition, the newcomer is frequently asked to attends weekly meetings with their sponsor in the top sponsor office where they can received more indoctrination. Add to that the visit to the corporate office to pick up products for themselves or their newly recruited customers or downline, and you actually have a business that you operate from home rather than at home.

On the other hand, there are some businesses or opportunities that are truly work at home.
The more common ones are online stock trading, options trading, forex trading. There are still some blue collar work at home businesses around, serving the many small manufacturing industries. However stock trading, options trading and forex trading can hardly be qualified as a business, it seems to be more like a  self-employed job, where you are trading your time for money, because if you don’t sit in front of the computer with an internet connection you have no money, whether you sit in front all the time or sometime.

Then again, there are the truly work at home business that can be nurtured into hands off business. These are the Internet businesses where information are sold and bought. A website has become a piece of real estate from which to make money from. An extreme example of an online business will be Amazon.com, this is an online business that has now been incorporatised with many employees.

This is just a peek at the iceberg of the Internet work at home opportunities. There is some learning for the newcomer but the outcome would be rewarding.
